Privacy Policy
Scope and contact
This policy covers device checks, diagnostic log analysis, hardware queries and reports. No account is required. We operate no user-data server and do not sell personal information. Effective October 10, 2026. Contact kaifaddllreply@163.com for privacy questions.
Device data and logs
Device model, OS, storage and network status support device information and checks. Diagnostic logs, Sysdiagnose archives and folders are read only after you select them. They may contain device or component serial numbers, processes, timestamps, network identifiers and other sensitive data. Parsing and vendor-code conversion take place on your device; we do not upload these files to a server.
Local storage and control
Original files, parsed results, hardware profiles and reports remain in the application sandbox. You can delete them in data management and history. Clearing caches or originals does not automatically delete saved reports; delete reports and records separately to remove all local history. Uninstalling normally removes the sandbox. System backups and file providers you choose may retain copies under their own policies.
Permissions
Starting one-tap inspection may request microphone access to check audio input availability; no audio is recorded automatically. Camera, recording, motion and biometric access is requested when you use the corresponding test. Preview, test photos, recordings and sensor data support local testing. Audio may be temporarily saved and is cleaned up after the check or when you leave it. The system performs biometric authentication; we receive its result, never facial or fingerprint templates or secure hardware data. Denial affects the related check only. Change permissions in system settings.
Serial numbers and sharing
Hardware queries may show full device and component serial numbers found in your logs. Default report and configuration exports redact sensitive identifiers. If you explicitly export unredacted data, review the content and recipient. Data is sent to other applications or file services only through sharing or export that you initiate.
Purchases and Keychain
Apple processes purchases and restores through the App Store and StoreKit. We receive no payment-card data or Apple ID password. Your device verifies purchase transactions and revocations and stores an unlock cache in Keychain. This cache may survive uninstall and is not deleted by clearing application caches. Restoring or changing devices requires a valid purchase using the same Apple ID. Refunds and revocations update access.
Network and third parties
Network access is used for Apple product requests, purchases and restores. Official tutorials and external support links are governed by their own policies. We use no advertising, tracking or third-party analytics SDKs and do not automatically upload logs, photos, audio or contacts. Product requests retry after network authorization.
Security and retention
The system sandbox, file permissions and Keychain protect local data. Imported records are retained until you delete them; temporary parsing and export files are cleaned up through their processing flows. Lost devices, system backups, shared copies and modified devices may introduce additional risks. Avoid importing sensitive logs on shared devices.
Your rights, children and updates
You can inspect, export and delete local data, revoke permissions or contact us by email. With no server account, we cannot recover deleted local logs or reports. The service is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect their personal information. Material changes will update this local document. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
